Hello Cio,

It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshot of the threat detection message to check and assist further.

Note: on the threat detection popup, click on "See details" and provide the screenshot of that too.

AVG scan detected "Win32:Malware-gen" in file in ZIP folder and red lined "RESOLVE"  Click on RESOLVE but No Resolution.  Repeat several times No Resolution…

Please advise.
