Win32 error '32' when running RescueCD setup.exe to USB

WinXP O/S … after downloading RescueCD for a zip file for a USB stick … receive popup box with title RescueCD/Linux Setup Error box with an OK button

when running setup.exe receiving operation failed: Copy files 'NTUSER.DAT'->'D:\NTUSER.DAT' failed with Win32 error '32': This process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.   

Need to create Rescue CD to fix another WinXP pc problem …

Try and put the ISO on a disk, and copy all of the contents of the disk to the Flash drive, sometimes it wont work but it works for things like Windows CDs ect so its worth a shot.

If USB version doesn't work easiest solution is create CD version.
