I'm sorry to hear about this. Please share a screenshot of the AVG detection/AVG Quarantine page (Which shows full details of the threat) to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I purchased a PC game from Amazon and each time I went to install the game, this message appeared: We've moved NancyDrewLastTrain...to your Quarantine because it was infected with Win32:Malware-gen.
I followed all of the Amazon guides for troubleshooting, I've turned off my AVG web protection (turned it right back on when done) and nothing has worked. When I went to my quarantine folder, the only options was to "delete"
According to Amazon their product is fine, so is this a legitimate threat? If not, how do I get this product installed?
