Win32:Malware-gen false positive?

I am regularly (every 5-10 minutes) getting a "Threat secured" messaged like the one linked for a connection from my svchost.exe to "http://9.tlu.dl.deliver.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice..."

It seems others are experiencing this as well, so I followed the suggestion provided to them and updated my virus definition files, then rebooted my computer.  Unfortunately, I am still receiving these notifications.

I would assume, since the file path is correct, that this is the actual svchost.exe file and not malware.  I performed a file/folder scan of the System32 folder and found no threats.  Is AVG flagging this as a false positive?  If so, how do I get it to stop showing the message and/or allow the connection if it's a valid service?
