Win32 Malware.Gen

Hello Mike,

We completely realize the situation.
If the LSB.exe file has been moved to AVG Quarantine, then please restore the file from the quarantine.
Click on "Menu–>Quarantine" from AVG Internet Security window.
Select the LSB.exe threat name and at the bottom, use the option to restore the file.
You can then add the LSB.exe to AVG's exclusion as mentioned in this article.
Post that, submit the LSB.exe to us for analysis through this https://www.avg.com/false-positive-file-form link.
Thank you.

This is very annoying and AVG needs to fix this issue. The problem is AVG keeps reporting that LSB.exe is malware which it isn't because it's a Levono Laptop and the LSB.exe is a part of their software.

I am not going to uninstall Levono's software because AVG thinks its malware. It does this with the latest 1903 build and AVG. 2 of my Levono laptops do it.

My other laptop doesn't because I do not have 1903 on it.

If you can give me an option to ignore this and/or an alternative then I will uninstall it and be done with it.

It's not a virus nor malware. Either stop this or I will with this annoying problem.
