Hello, Dave.
We're here to help. Could you click on 'See details' and verify if it is the same location where the infection is found in all the pop ups? Also, please provide a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the pop up. Does they occur when you browse internet or randomly?

I am using Avgfree and Windows 10.

I am repeatedly getting a message (every hour) about a virus "Win32:Malware-gen" that has been quarantined.

Yet, when I go . to the quarantine folder there is nothing there.

I just did a virus scan and it came up clean.

Nor can I find the email associated with it in my in-box.  I am using Outlook.

Thanks for any advice.

Thank you for the screenshot.
It is necessary for us to analyze why this is happening.
Hence, sent an email with steps on how to collect and send us the logs.
Also, open AVG Antivirus free window, click on "Menu–>about" and provide the screenshot of version window here.

Hi Just sent screen shot.  It is coming up every few miniutes and appears to be random.
I cannot find the email is refers to.
