hello sir,
after the tool asked me to reboot the computer a scan starts over (the Healing).
During a scan (it scans for 4-6min) the operating system goes to sleep mode why?
please help me I shut down the pc an still the same probleme

Are you sure that you ran AVG tool earlier?
You confirm that you are using Avast Antivirus program and not AVG.
If you have run Avast clear utility tool earlier, please contact their support using this https://support.avast.com/ link.

my OS is Win7 64bit
my antivirus application is Avast 
and I can't reach to desktop or the any fonctions on Win7 for capture a screenshot…
