Win32/Vindor!pz is detected on my Windows Defender, but not detected on mt AVG Internet Security?

Initially, you can be rest assured that your computer would be protected against emerging threats with AVG installed on it.
We'd like to clarify that each security software has their own/unique scan engine. They function based on the algorithm, they're designed. Hence, there would be a slight difference in scan results, depending on the virus definitions.
However, you can share us the screenshot of Windows Defender scan results for better clarity.

Hi. 

Win32/Vindor!pz is detected on my Windows Defender, but not detected on mt AVG Internet Security? AVG is telling me i'm secure, and Windows Defender is telling me that are 4 threats of Win32/Vindor!pz.but can't do nothing.  What can i do?
