Windows Defender found Win32/Wacapew.C!ml, and can not remove it. Downloaded AVG Internet security, but the AVG do not find this trojan at all?
So, I am wondering why?

The details says that the detected threat is "Potential Unwanted Program".
PUP is not a potential threat for a PC, but it is not necessary to run.
By default, detecting PUP will be disabled on AVG as they aren't potential threat.
However, it can be enabled from scan settings of AVG.
You can contact Microsoft support and inquire why VC Client.exe application has been detected under PUP category.
Please refer this article and enable PUP scan on AVG.
