win64:Trojan-gen



Dear all,

I have been having a related issue, as can be seen through the screenshot.
Win64:Trojan-genUser-added image
This AVG message pops up every 1-15 minutes, I have already tried to delete the folder, 
However it keeps returning, anyone have a clue what culd potentially be?
The parts in white, have been removed but are a series of codes combinations which i am not sure what it is.

Dears,
i have the same virus , same problem  and it is not cleaning by AVG Antiviurs . 
Can you help and give me the steps or tools to delete it ???

I tried to delete the file using MS DOS and It doen't allow it.

Did you perform a scan from the interface of AVG AntiVirus free version on PC? For better clarity, provide us with the screenshot to check and assist further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
I run the AVG scan and it can't clean a win64:Trojan-gen. What can I do?

Please go to source file location and check whether it is a trusted application.

If it is not a trusted application, please delete the file and run the scan again.
