Window 11 won't let me install virus software

Hi Just bought a new ASUS laptop. Removed AVG from my old laptop Ok. Trying to install the Virus protection on my new machine but Windows 11 says there are security and compatibility issues and won't install. Any suggestions Ron

Could you please let us know, is there any other security program installed in your PC?
