Window 7 not loading after installation

How do you use AVG remover if Windows won't start? (Rhetorical question.) If you press F8 when attempting to restart, do you get a "repair computer" option? Or if you try to start in Safe Mode, does it freeze at a certain AVG driver? BTW did you run AVG PC TuneUp before this happened?

This is the second time i'd installed AVG Ultimate 1015 on my computer…i'm running windows 7 64-bit . windows wont start at all … is there any solution to this problem ? i did paid $70 for this software and can't use it . Thanks fr the help
