On the next screen, click on Task Manager-> Processes tab, select Support log me in rescue and choose end task, it will close your chat window and restart your device. Dear ladies & gentlemen! I faced the problem after AVG Online Express Installation. I'm really grateful to AVG team but the problem is that the "LogMeIn Rescue" window (the one that helped me to talk with AVG experts online) doesn't close after the guys finished the installation on my computer. So I would be very much obliged to You if You could find the possibility to help me to close this window.
