We request you to search for the file named as "AVGUI.exe" from the C folder and delete the file manually.

Once you deleted the folder, try to update the Windows again.

I have been trying for days to get a successful Windows 10 1903 Update.  Spent over 6 hours today alone with Costco & Microsoft Windows tech support including hours of remote access with no success.  No joy.  The message is that AVG Antivirus version is incompatible and must either be uninstalled/reinstalled or updated.  I uninstalled the AVG Antivirus Free program, used AVG Clear at least two or three times, but still get the same error message.  AVG is still hanging up my Windows 10 1903 Update.  Any suggestions?
