Hi Sean,

I'll help you with your concern.

There might be traces of AVG which is conflicting with Windows 10 update.

Please refer the article below to run AVG Clear and AVG remover tools.

Then, search for AVGUI.exe and AVASTUI.exe and delete the files manually from your PC.

Please install the AVG program and try updating Windows 10 and check if you are able to complete the update.

Am trying to update Windows 10. Prompted to uninstall AVG. Done this but cannot update Windows 10 because the prompt to uninstall AVG keeps coming up. Please advise, many thanks Sean Impey
