Since upgrading to W10 and having AVG Internet Security (Full, Unlimited version 2016.0.7227) reinstalled remotely by AVG's good service engineers, the AVG software has been behaving oddly. Anomalies include the constant running of the AVG Watchdog Service (avgwdsvcx.exe) using 40-50% of my CPU capacity and the AVG interface showing each of the components (Computer / Web / Identity / Email / Firewall) in orange with a status on "Unknown". Clicking on each of them shows their condition in green, suggesting that they are functioning OK but I am unhappy that the whole AVG set-up isn't as it should be and may not be acting effectively. Any ideas?

Thankyou for your prompt response. I haven't knowingly installed any other 3rd pasrty antivirus software and I am usually cautious about these things (e.g. "Click here to protect your PC"!). Is there some way of checking this? I believe there is a form of Microsoft antivius (certainly something called Antimalware Service Executable) within W10.
As stated in my first submission, I have the AVG Internet Security although, after the installation done by yourselves, I do still have an AVG Zen icon. When I click on it , it does boot up and presents "Protection Pro - Protected", "Performance - not tuned up", "Privacy and Identity - partially protected" and "Web Tuneup - not installed". Any progress on this extra information?
Thanks Avanish. I shall follow your advice later today when I can find the time to attend my PC during the remote processing.
