Windows 10 and AVG applications

After downloading Windows 10 my AVG application disappeared from my PC. I contacted Microsoft support and they stated I reload AVG. So far it has worked, However it will not allow me to load AVG tune-up. Windows states it is not permitted with this version of Windows 10;. Has anyone else experienced this? Is AVG aware of this issue?
