As per our record you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security but are you trying to install our latest AVG Protection program for Multidevice?
I must not have explained myself properly last time. My new windows 10 laptop allowed me to go online to AVG to enter the login code in order to install AVG protection, but it tries to install it without success. It says the internet is not connected. which is not true as I used it to get to AVG, and my other laptops are connected to the web. I have followed all the instructions on how to get onto the web but it is still keeps saying there is no broadband on.
