My New Laptop is Acer E5 573G - Windows 10.0 - Build 10240 i.e. 10.0.10240 - I am unable to Run Avast, AVG or even Quick Heal Absolutely Latest Anti Virus Versions. Windows does not restart, Have to use System Restore to start Windows Again.
