I get error 0x80040304 when trying to select a backup for W10. The internet suggests I should install RegCure and pay fo it - I thought AVG Tuneup should sort out any erors!

sorry I am struggling with a screen shot!
Runing a Mac 27inch with Parallels and Winows 10.
Problem occurs in Windows 10 settings - Uopdate & Security - Backup - Backup using File History - switching it to 'on' (to automatically backup my files) - screen message in red "Sorry that didn't work. To find out more, look up error code 0x80040304
