Windows 10 - boot up problem

Dear AVG home support community.

I was running windows 10 on a Dell PC
(with AVG ultimate) .

Clicked on a video and got
a TDS error and a problem booting up windows.

I can get to a light blue screen with 6 choices:

1) start up repair (tried but did not work)

2) start up settings

3) command prompt

4) uninstall updates (tried but did not work)

5) system restore (tried but did not work)

6) system image recovery

— —
When pressing the F12 option on boot up

(with a usb pen drive in place)

I can see a black screen with.

LEGACY BOOT :

PO: WDC WD5000AAKX

CD/DVD/ CD-RW Drive

USB Storage Device

Onboard NIC

OTHER OPTIONS:

BIOS Setup

Diagnostics

---- ----

Please could you help get me going again.

I am disappointed AVG did not protect.

Thanks Peter A
