Hi Nicholas,

HI all. I need some help. I have work laptop that's personally mine. I had AVG anti virus free for over a year with no issue. I then installed antitrack and such and now when i stream from chrome radio.com i get BSOD. Below is a link to the dump files, There are 5 dump files there. each blue screen is sometimes different reason. even viewer always says restarted from bugcheck.

Microsoft OneDrive

Looks like it's avgSP.sys causing an issue. Please verify by reviewing dump files of course as I could be wrong. When uninstalled and cleaned using AVG tool it does not crash. I've even tried to re-install running avg as administrator. This crashing is really affecting my ability to work and I don't want to stop using services I paid for already. Help please.

So what are trying to determine? If It's anti track that causes the BSOD?  Is there a work around besides having no protection? Has antitrack had known issues to cause BSOD?

I linked 5 dump files for you or someone else to be able to review since i know data is important. Someone on a Microsoft thread said it was avgsp.sys. But other dump files didn't say that, so that's why i linked all the dump files so perhaps they can be reviewed and shed some light on this.

i used avg anti virus without issue prior to installing anti track for close to a year,  maybe 10 months. It seems to only happen when I stream from radio.com using chrome. I have uninstalled avg entirely several times and each time used the remover and cleaner software provided by avg. I'll then run my laptop for a few days without issues then I'll reinstall and issue starts all over again. Can someone review these dump files to see if they can help identify the cause?

Sorry for the delay in purview of Covid-19, we are currently operational. Hope you're well, Nick.
Thank you for updating the status of the issue. If you prefer, you can use Chrome after disabling the above mentioned feature & we'll forward this ticket to the concerned team to analyze the dump files, if required.
Thank you for your understanding in advance!

I added another dump file to my list. No crash for 5 days. Can someone review the latest dump file please? link is above. I stopped using chrome and am using avg secure browser which seems to have helped.

Let us attempt to clarify this for you, Nick. Initially, we need to identify the AVG component that is causing the issue. Hence, our colleague has suggested you to deal with AVG AntiTrack to check if it's causing the issue.
avgSP.sys is related to AVG self protection module. Please let us know if you've received any error mentioning that it is the cause.
If so, please try disabling Self protection module & check the issue.
To do so : Open AVG Free Antivirus - Menu - Settings - General - Troubleshooting - Uncheck 'Enable Self Defense' & check.
If issue persists, then it could be due to the traces of older version of AVG protection program & we'll helpl you to perform a clean installation using AVG Remover & AVG Clear.

Appreciate your efforts in providing us the dump files, Nick. We missed to address it in the previous reply. We'll definitely forward it to the next level of support to analyze them. Before proceeding, would you be so kind to let us know if disabling the self protection module in AVG Free Antvirus helped?

I understand.

New crashup for today 3/30/2020 Looks like AVGARpot.sys . Uploaded to one drive using link above should work.  Any suggestions about this file?
