Could you please be more specific on which option is not available in the updated version of the AVG TuneUp but was available in the older version?
It seems like the latest version of tuneUp no longer enables the user to change the system paths in Windows10.
At least I can't find a way to change the Desktop, My Documents or other paths in TuneUp. If this really has been removed it's kinda useless now and not worth the subscription.
Maybe I've overlooked it, since it's been updated and instead of finding the functions on the main page they are all over the place and hidden behind roll-over menus, that are not user friendly for power users.
