Windows 10 computer locks up

Hello Patrick,

This shouldn't be due to AVG Internet Security.
However, we would like to check whether it happens due to our program.
We have sent an email instruction on how to get connected with our additional support.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I was using Norton and the computer was fine. I uninstalled Norton and then installed AVG IS Paid version). Now every few minutes the computer locks up for about 2-3 minutes then it resumes normal operation. I verified that Norton was completely uninstalled. Any ideas on what is causing the problem?
