While verifying your account you have AVG Internet security and AVG PC TuneUp as your active subscription. Could you please let us know whether you are facing the update issue on AVG Internet security or on the AVG PC TuneUp program? Thank you.

After downloading and installing windows 10, which did not work on my computer, I finally found out how to go back to Windows 7 which I was using before the windows 10 disaster.  Now I can no longer get AVG updates as it terminates and says files have bben changed on my computer.  How did I fix that?

Thank you for your quick response, the program that won't update is the AVG TuneUp program.  the error message states that the original files may have been changes.
