What if you just use the manufacturer drivers for your graphics card ?

Try restoring the changes done by AVG Driver Updater and check whether it resolves the issue.
Open AVG Driver Updater dashboard and click on "Restore".
Follow the onscreen instruction and perform the restore operation.

My Windows 10 was recognizing my second monitor as extended until this morning, when it suddenly started to display as a duplicate monitor. I updated all the drivers using AVG, but I still have the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks
