Every time I run AVG under Windows 10 it finds tracking cookies in Edge. I never use Edge, I use Google Chrome, but Edge is the default to make sure the updates continue. I have a full time internet connection. Is this a problem with Edge or with AVG?

Since you have the Edge as your default browser, AVG antivirus program is deleting the cookies from it.
Cookies are only text files and therefore cannot be dangerous to your computer.
