Hello AVG,

I am having this issue as well regarding MSVCP110.dll and MSVCR110.dll.  I have done all of the suggested resolutions including, uninstalling and reinstalling, using the removal tool in safe mode and reinstalling the redistributable packages.  Currently I have AVG uninstalled and that's what my desire was.  I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

I got the same problems, which is strange as AVG was working before on my Windows 10 laptop. Hope you can help.

I'm hiting the same problem they are and I've followed every prom you have given and nthing is fixing the problem.  
I followed the steps : "Download this Microsoft tool https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x64.exe and install it on your PC.
Now, we have to run the AVG remover tool once and then try installing the AVG program.
1) To download the AVG remover tool please click on this link: 
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually." And none of it worked. This is the second time you product has failed and cause me to load, uninstall, remove to try and get it to work. please give my some info I can use.

Hi, since installing Windows 10 i have repeatedly encountered the error message above. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing following the instructions provided but still am unable to download an install AVG free without encountering the the error message. Please can you advise me how i can re-install AVG fee?? thanks,

Hello AVG,

We would request you to download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable package by following instructions on the following page:

Restart your computer, and then run AVG installation again.
