We're glad to help you with this. It seems that there is an ongoing conflict with the recent windows update & AVG.
Hence, we may need to perform a clean installation of AVG. To do so, follow the steps in this article.
Note : You need to run both the remover tools. Also, ensure that your computer is restarted after running each tool.
After removing the traces of AVG, try to update windows & let us know the outcome.
Windows will not install the latest update announcing that AVG is incompatible with it. ??? I suggests uninstalling AVG.???
