It is very unfortunate that you are facing this issue as a result of recent update to windows RS4 1803. Our developers confirmed that Microsoft temporarily stopped updates to build 1803 for all users with Avast/AVG. We are working together with them on a fix of this situation. Request your patience in the meantime.

I am using AVG, and the Windows10 update now loops over the 'Select a keyboard' and the "Exit and restore"…Ground Hog Day, over and over.
I am surprised this has gone on for so long without a solution. HELP!
I have been told the May Windows 10 update that killed my machine did so because it conflicts with AVG antivirus, and Advast.
Just checking to see if any other users of AVG are having issues. It bricked two of my machines.

Damon, For info you shouldn't have AVG & Avast AV installed on the same Windows installation.
