Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot

As it works with AVG firewall disabled can anybody suggest what in tha AVG product is stopping it working?

Sorry for the delay in responding. 

Please enable "Internet Connection Sharing mode" in the Firewall settings mentioned in the screenshot and try to connect the hotspot.

Thank you for reaching us with your query. May I know since when are you experiencing this issue and did you try to disable AVG protection and verify to narrow down it is not caused by AVG? Right click on AVG system tray icon, toggle the On/Off slider to disable the protection. If the issue is resolved when you disable AVG protection, check if AVG firewall is configured with below recommended settings or not.

Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network Profile and change it to Private.
Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Policies->System Rules and set all rules to "Enabled".

If the issue with internet connection persist even after disabling AVG protection, we can be sure that it is not caused by AVG. In this case, I would request you to contact your PC manufacturer support or local technician for further help.

I have set the Network Profile to Private
I have enabled all the system rules.

In Menu->Settings->Components-> 
turning off the Enhanced Firewall option allows the devices on the Windows Mobile Hotspot to connnect to the internet via the PCFirewall turned off to allow access to internet via Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot
