Windows 10 network stops after adding to ZEN

Hello Pete,
We regret for the inconvenience. We would request you to follow the below steps to reinstall your AVG network filter to get issue fixed.
-Disable AVG Self Protection.
- Go to Control Panel -> Network Connections -> right click on the network area which is active -> "Properties"
- If there is "AVG Network filter driver" uninstall it and restart the computer twice
- AVG Firewall initializes auto-repair function so "AVG Network filter driver" should be automatically installed (therefore two restarts are needed)
Thank you.

I paid a computer tech $100 to fix this problem for me because I was going outside of the US and I needed everything to work for me.  When I got overseas I found that the old issue shown above reappeared and I was not able to get the networks to work.  I had to uninstall AVG firewall and run without it to be able to function.
You need to get this fixed NOW.  I think that your updates are reinstalling the old corrupt Firewall and undoing the fix.  Please get this fixed or I will have to find another antivirus provider.

When I add my partners windows 10 PC to my ZEN - to see if would really work - it installs fine.
But then no internet except for a few command line IP tools.
So remove the PC from ZEN.
Disable the AVG Firewall
Open Windows Control Panel : Firewall
Firewall is still partially on and unable to be managed.
Still can not get browser access to anything.
