Windows 10 not shutting down

Good morning,

I am using a laptop (purchased December 2020) with Windows 10. It is a Lenovo ideapad 330 (according to the label stuck on it).
Do you want me to uninstall AVG Password Protection, Secure VPN and Tune up to see what happens?

Hello,

Last Sunday (17th January 2021) I purchased AVG Tune Up, Password protection & secure VPN.
I already had AVG Internet installed. Since installing the "new" items Windows 10 does not shut down correctly. It shows "shutting down" for ever and the only way to clear this is to push the "power" button on my laptop. Has anyone any ideas how to solve this problem?

Well, OK,
But I don't expect Windows to take over 15 minutes to shut down even if AVG has to do "certain things"!

What do you think?
