Your anti-virus is a real scam. I didn't install it myself, and when discovered it on my PC I removed it, which killed Windows. You are a scam company!!!

This antivirus has to be the worst excuse for protection and virus removal ever devised by anyone. Its a fuccing chore to remove this crrap and then when it's done its not fuccing booting anymore. Are you fuccing kidding me? What is wrong with you?
Avg tool wiped my windows including restore points did you have any look thanks
Hello Jennifer,
We are sorry to know that and believe that some issues would have occurred while booting the PC into safe mode.
We kindly request you to try booting your PC into safe mode as mentioned in this article.
If you are able to get into it successfully, press Windows and R keys together to open Run command.
In Run window, type as "msconfig" without quotes and press Enter key.
In system configuration window, click on "boot" tab.
If it shows 'AVG Clear' on the list, then left click on it.
Click on "delete" which will remove AVG clear from the list.
Restart your computer and check whether it boots into normal mode.
NOTE: Please make sure that you do not delete Windows OS from the list.
I couldn't uninstall AVG normally from within Windows Programs & Features. I used the AVG Clear removal tool. This restarts your PC and boots in Safe Mode to remove AVG. However, my pc never recovered. It hung on the loading screen for hours. I had to button-press 5 seconds to shut down my PC. After that, I cannot boot my PC. It won't boot in any mode. None of the recovery options work. There was a System restore point available, but I after I ran Start-up Repair (unsuccessfully), the restore point is gone. Nothing works. My PC boots to a black screen. I'm afraid after trying every option available to me, I will have to completely reinstall my Windows 10 OS. This costs so much down-time, as I will have to reinstall and set up all of my programs! Before I go to the point of no return, does anyone have a solution?

I have already tried getting into Safe Mode through my Recovery options. Nothing works. It just goes to the boot-up (HP) black screen and stays there for hours.
