I understand your concern, we’re happy to help you sort this out. Please go to control panel > program and features and look for AVG programs. If it's not there, then you can follow the instruction to download/install/activate fresh AVG TuneUp and here is the instruction for AVG Free Antivirus.

After a failed update on Win 10 I had to reset windows and as such AVG free Virus and AVG Tune up have gone missing. How do I resolve
