Windows 10 Update

Ever since my computer ran the Windows 10 update on Sunday, 16.06.2020, I have had sever problems. None of the Microsoft Office products would load - since rectified in 'regedit'. Adobe is trying to update Bridge, Camera Raw, Lightroom and Photoshop - so far it has taken over an hour to load 41% of Photoshops's update with the rest all waiting. My computer is running terribly slowly. I tried to run Tuneup but is said ' oops - embarrassing …' and suggested I restart the computer. I can't log on to websites because the log on times out. When is AVG goping to fix the problem?
