This isn’t expected behavior. Please reinstall AVG PC TuneUp https://www.avg.com/en-in/download and then check if you are able to update Windows. If you received any error message, please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the same to assist further.

A windows 10 update is only sucessful after uninstallation of avg pc tuneup.
