Good day, I am running a new install of Windows 10. Installed AVG 2016 and uncovered that my windows updates fail to download as do my updates of office 2016 and I cannot download offline maps. Basically anything Microsoft related!
If I disable Web Browsing protection (Surf-Shield) then all this begins working again.
How can I fix this? Have others encountered this issue? I love AVG and have been a home user for quite some times and recommend to friends and family but this issue is annoying!
