If I go on to Zen PC TuneUp it says there is a problem to fix. Click on that and it says Windows hasn't updated for 148 days (when I first got updated to 10, I think), click on Fix It and it goes in to Settings, tries to update and then I get these -

Tried disabling AVG, as you suggested but didn't make any difference. Won't let me turn on Windows firewall, assuming it's not on - can't tell.

Computer won't do some Windows updates - Error 0x800706d9 message. I understand this is a Windows firewall problem but I can't check if it's on or off. I just get 'use recommended settings' each time
