When you say "access", what do you mean exactly?do you mean being able to log on?because that's kind of my point, I now cannot log on, and am thus having this problem

I don't know if this is relevant, but on the login page itself everything is extremely sluggish - at one point I tried to get the onscreen keyboard up (I usually have a wireless keyboard, so I figured I could use the onscreen keyboard and disconnect the wireless one in case that caused any issues) and it took 20mins for the keyboard to appear, when I move the mouse, it's always a couple of seconds before it registers.
