Hello David, sorry to know that. Since you have upgraded to windows 10, you need to re-install your AVG program. I request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install. To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218

I cannot install Windows 10. Tried downloading several times with it taking 6 hours and never does execute. There is no error message. Is this AVG or Windows problem? I have a new laptop running windows 8.1 OS.
