Windows 7 . file permission error , does this lead back to AVG?

file permission error when trying to save a file.Microsoft suggests AVG interference ? Also Windows opens up in AVG not windows anymore and no arrow on screen to choose windows . Help much appreciated , in super simple terms please. J.
