Windows 7 isn't able to accomplish boot. Help with AVG Rescue Disk 2014

Hi everyone,

My problem is a windows 7 I have here can't boot, after the logo loading screen working for a while I get a blue screen with memory dump. So I used AVG rescue disk from this free ISO file avg_arl_cdi_all_120_141126a8645.iso with updates from November 2014 and found help from the user manual. No problem with booting it and at initiation, I got a SMARTCTL screen mentionning a possible error on disk. I followed with a virus scan which detected only 3 pups ( toolbars ). I followed with testdisk and SMARTCTL utilities. The latter just presented the attribute 190 corresponding to the Airflow_Temperature_Cel with a value "In_the_past" for WHEN_FAIL. Finally, I tried to send diagnostic to AVG team through the utility present on Rescue Disk ( having allowed network to work previously ) but I could not reach the " Send " entry. How could I send my diagnostic if I can't reach  the " Send " key? If it isn't possible anymore, is there any way to save the report somewhere and get access to it later on another computer?
