Wtf, I got asked to quarantine a file due to a threat, TiSomething (I just clicked accept trusting AVG), then my laptop started freezing, I restarted properly using the windows menu and now all I get a blue screen with please wait on it.

In this case, please perform a 'Hard Reboot' of your laptop & check if the issue persists.
If you're able to access your laptop after the hard reboot, open the quarantine folder of your AVG Internet Security & check if you can locate the quarantined file.
