Windows 8 / remove hibernation file

Hello Rob,
Could you please let us know whether the hibernation file has been detected during the scans of the Performance program and have you clicked on the Fix & clean button to fix the error's, If so does it successfully fixed all the detected issue's?

Hello Rob.
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. If you never plan to put your computer into hibernation, then it’s probably a good idea to disable and gain all the disk space back. To make hibernation unavailable, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.
When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
At the command prompt, type powercfg.exe /hibernate off, and then press Enter.
Type exit, and then press Enter to close the Command Prompt window.
Please, feel free to let us know if you require any further assistance. Thank you.

My hibernation file is too large. I just renewed my AVG Performance Pro subscription to remove this file (which AVG did in the past - i let the subscription expire in October 2015)  Just did some scans and clean up recommendations with AVG Performance Pro and the removal (elimination) option was not present.  Does anyone know how to remove the file?

It is not detected.  I have upgraded (?) to Windows 8 from Windows 7 since last using your tool.
