For about 2 weeks every time I open my laptop there is a message from Windows that my AVG Virus Protection and my AVG Firewall are off.  If I click on the message it will take me to a place where Windows show them off and I can click to turn them on.  However when I do that nothing happens.  When I go to my AVG Ultimate it  says I am up to date and protected.  I run the Virus scan daily.
