Anyone else have a Windows blue screen of death when allowing AVG to update browser settings?

AVG FREE notified me that it wanted to close all browser windows in order to apply security settings, which I left open while I finished other work and eventually acknowledge it.  It closed the Google Chrome tabbed window that was open and then crashed the entire computer to the blue screen of death.  A simple crash analysis is below.  This was on Windows Vista, and Windows patches were up to date except for the last couple of weeks.
