May I know since when you are facing this issue please?
Did you perform windows update recently on your computer?

After "time out" restart on Windows 10, the screen comes up blue and includes a message to do with a restart being necessary.  The message refers to a site to do with /STOPCODE.  Trawling the web provides no solution to the problem.  Do you know if this is a real problem and how to remove it?
