I have a request: Since it has been 2 days (while watiing for your developers working on the program patches to the latest AVG Tune up updates), can your good technical team provide a remote session to control 2 of my business laptops for immediately resolving our problems (one not opening Microsoft files, the other one not finding Microsoft files)? Some saved data in the Microsoft and Adobe files are needed for business.

I have tried the Rescue Center of AVG Tune up to enable Microsoft and Adobe (previously put to sleep) but nothing has changed to an error message "Windows cannot find this file. Make sure you typed the name correctly" when opening Microsoft file.
It is the updates from AVG Tune up this morning June 9 that caused the problem...

We're glad to inform you that the concerned team has fixed the issue with the latest update (version 20.1). To apply the fix, we request you to reinstall AVG TuneUp on your computers. As it isn't recommended to share the license info over this post, we've sent you the activation code via email.
