Windows cannot find C:\users.......'

Good day. WRT AVG Tuneup - I will start by saying "i hope I am wrong" that being said, yesterday both my private and work computers would not run most applications - Microsoft 365 / Adobe / Nero ect. I kept getting the following "Windows cannot find C:\users.......'" 
So i assumed a Windows  update issue - uninstall windows updates - didnt solve the issue - 

then i noticed that AVG Installer was requesting access to install applications - I use Norton to onitor network activity - WHY would i have AVG Installer loading my software and why to some IP 8.8.8 REALLY. 
I then had to repair Windows 10 and re-install my entire Work Laptopn - I have lost a day a full day with this.

What is the new Tuneup loading - I still have issues on my work Laptop - 
My private PC i just rolled back to the weekend - i noted the AVG update.

Has AVG cost me a day - I have uninstalled the application.

There was an issue with the recent release of AVG TuneUp (version 20.1), which has been fixed by our developers currently.
Please reinstall, reactivate AVG TuneUp on our computer & let us know the outcome.
